American Express charges as much as 28.99% interest rate. This would be illegal and called loan sharking, if you were to get that kind of return on a loan you made to someone. Why is it okay for a credit card company to charge that kind of ridiculous interest rate? The government should dismantle all of these big corporations into smaller ones!
