Dear Mr. Moynihan (Bank Of America CEO),
I bought a condo in July 2007, and within a month I had my first raw sewage episode which poured into my home via the tub, toilet and dishwasher -- which happened on and off for two years. This left me at risk for hepatitis and many other dangerous diseases and bacteria. Things got worse, culminating into a 2+ day raw sewage overflow -- leaving me and my pets essentially homeless for a few days. During this time, I was also dealing with second-hand smoke issues that gave me sore throats every day for two years -- and it resulted in my beloved pet being diagnosed with nasal lymphoma (which is exacerbated by second-hand smoke in pets). That cost me all of my (small) 401K and savings, putting him through a barage of chemo treatments and other appointments. There have been many insect infestations, along with rental tenant problems, threats, trash and building negligence, etc. I have two mortgages which are under water, and I pay real estate taxes and condo fees to live like I'm in a Third World country. My property value has plummeted, and I haven't had a raise in over 5 years. This has seriously affected my mental health and overall health. I don't have much hope of getting justice, and friends and others are saying I should look into foreclosure. As a professional business woman, notary public, and non-profit volunteer, I do not enjoy hearing that I will not get justice or out of this place unless I completely ruin my credit (e.g., foreclosure, bankruptcy, etc.).

I am so very tired, scared and frustrated. I've tried contacting all kinds of people and organizations for help, including my local politicians (including Mayor Menino, City Councillor LaMattina, and State Rep. Basile). With the help of others, I've also contacted the media with few results (but I'm still trying). I also contacted Bank of America (who holds my mortgages)--and your bank told me they don't deem me worthy of help because I pay my bills on time. They also said that if I stop paying on time, they will deem me with 'malintent' (or something like that). I was on the board of directors for a non-profit that supports homeless children and families, and the former CEO spent a year and a half trying to 'champion' me. We finally found someone to take my case on a contingent basis, but after all this time he still hasn't gotten us a court date and he tells me that I may get a little money but that it will be difficult to get my mortgages rescinded. I'm not looking to get rich through all of this, but really need to get out of this nightmare of a place. There is no peace, no sense of safety (especially after one of the Trustees told me I would have "ten enemies in the building" if I go ahead with a court case), and no enjoyment of my home. I realize I'm just a faceless E-mail to you right now, but I ask that you look at a blog I was told to start for cathartic reasons to give you a little more background: www.bonnierain.wordpress.com	Is there any hope for me in this situation?
Thanks in advance for your time.
During the months of July into August 2011 I
ordered new ink cartridges for my HP Deskjet
F4180 All-In-One Printer.

I removed the old cartridges and tried to
install the new ones. They would not install.

I then called HP to verify that they had sent
me the correct cartridges. The new cartridges
were numbered the same as the old ones.

I have a PC support contract with IYOGI.
Against my better judgment, I called them.
Reset. I was connected with this group
roughly from 1:00 to 8:00 pm give or take
a few minutes.

After telling myself that it is not a perfect
world, I began to think about the best way
to get back to my project.

I then called HP sales and explained some
of my frustration issues. Before this call
ended I was transferred to someone else--
having no idea why I was being "dumped".

This last transfer resulted in my first
encouragement that day. She succeeded
in selling me another printer.

After about a week, the printer arrived.

I refreshed my mind about my project and
then tried to insert the new ink cartridges.
They were being ejected with such force that
had I not moved closer to my PC they could
have hit me in the face.

Once again I called HP. They were skeptical
about whether I was telling them the truth.
After asking to be transferred to someone
who could help me with the return of the
printer, I was transferred to a sales person.

I begin telling him why I wanted to return
the new printer. He transferred me
to another person who handled the return
and said he would credit my Visa card.

Today while planning a shopping trip to
purchase a new printer, I started to
remove the printer hardware to make room
for whatever I purchased. This started
me thinking that I really do not need a new
printer. What I need is getting the printer
I have to work.

After a few phone calls, I had learned that
HP did not expect to be selling printer ink
cartridges for a printer as old as the one
I have; and HP's obsolescence-handling
software may have deliberately downloaded
something that resulted in the problems
I have encountered.

In other words, "How could HP" deliberately
download software to my PC to disable their
product!!

I have spent many hours of my time--not to
mention the level of frustrations I have
endured, to just dismiss this as "business
as usual".

At the least, I expect HP to replace my F4180
printer.

Sincerely,

Kathleen Shrout

Have never experienced such a horrible company as HP. I have a 110A printer, and found out there is no MAC OPERATING MANUAL... none exists. Your tech people, customer service is horrendous, and I was not able to get any information until 4 hours with 3 different supervisors.... was FINALLY told one doesn't exist! To get them to tell me how to print an envelope, it would have cost me $50, WHILE STILL UNDER WARRANTY. I WANTED A REFUND. Horrible, horrible people to deal with... finally reached exec. customer service who told me they would take care of it and someone would call me... someone did call me and they refused. I am taking them to small claims courts... I have never, ever been subjected to such horrible, inexperienced people.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT?
Dear Sir:
My recent experience with your company's "tech support" is mind boggling.
5 people in 20 mins. who all wanted to charge me for your mistake.

The mistake appears in your online operating instructions for my device, an F4435 "all in one"
printer, scanner & copier. (see attachment)

When I called to ask the correct procedure, I was told -via very poor English speaking folks with a
telephone Alexander Bell wouldn't claim- that I needed to open an account, you needed my name,
e-mail, and the serial # of my device.................For an error in your instructions you need this? I need an account?
I ask to speak to a supervisor I need an account? My device is out of warranty, I need an account?
I won't need one because I won't deal with HP, and the folks I speak to on a daily basis world wide thru my Ham Radio
hobby will hear of HP's user hateful attitude.
Since you seem to be more interested in money than accuracy, I will avoid your products henceforth.
If you are concerned, I can be reached at 618 XXXXXXX.
Richard
ps: The printer was a gift from my daughter, on her behalf; Thanks

Ellen:

The Manhattan home address for David Cote (CEO of Honeywell) seems to be a rental or a lease, so we have removed it and updated it with the correct information. The correct home address for Honeywell's C.E.O. David M. Cote and his wife Linda is:

2 Whittredge Rd. Summit, New Jersey 07901
which he purchased in January of 2004 for $2,300,000 and which I have
verified through the Union County Assessor.
In addition, it seems that he recently purchased
7865 Route 82 Pine Plains, New York 12567
on July 15, 2010 for $3,000,000
which I have verified through several sources.

These 2 properties are the only properties that I can find for David M.
Cote. It does not mean that these are his only properties, but I can find
no record of the land deal in Morristown, New Jersey of which you speak.
As well, I can find no link between somebody by the name of David Koty
(nor Maureen) and Honeywell.

I hope this information helps you out to some extent.

Good evening,

I am on a quest which may be futile and pointless; but I'm going to try anyhow.

I am a small town person trying to sell my deceased parents home.
I think David M. Cote, CEO of Honeywell, is trying to buy it. A David Cote recently
purchased 194 acres at the bottom of the hill from my parents home. Purchasing my
parents home would allow him to put a more convenient access road into the property
than is currently there.

There was a group of extremely wealthy individuals who last year invited all of the
neighbors on my parents' street (all areas which provide access to the 194 acres
purchased by Mr. Cote) to a cocktail party. This cocktail party was nothing more
than a reuse to get the neighbors together in order to try to get one of them to
sell their home for an access road.

What do I hope in writing to you? Knowledge through information.
-Are there other names that Mr. Cote is legally able to go by? Do you know them?

The information I have is that the
interested buyer is a man named 'David Koty'. I was told Mr Koty works for
Honeywell. Doesn't this seem an odd coincidence to you?

-My search shows Mr. Cote has been
married twice. On your website: contacttheceo.com his wife
listed as Linda. Is this his current wife?

-The address Mr. Cote listed on our towns tax roll is 101 Columbia Rd., Morristown
NJ 07960. The one
given on your website is a Manhatten address. Does Mr. Cote have more than one
address?

I know there is more than 1 David Cote in the world. As I wrote in the beginning of
this email, the quest to find out who Mr. Cote is when my gut is telling me my
family's almost 300 year old property and home as well as the equally old
neighborhood is about to be ripped to shreds so that this man can make a more
convenient driveway to his 194 acres propels me to try!!! If Mr. Koty is really Mr.
Cote of Honeywell I need to know. I need to know so that I know who I am up against
if he tries to force me to sell my property to him.
I also want to know who Mr. 'Koty' who works at Honeywell and his wife Maureen are.
I'd love to find out that they are as they are presenting themselves.....just
'regular' people from 'the city' (Manhatten) who just want a nice home in the
country. Oh Boy. I tried to believe those words I just wrote; but I don't!
I hope you can help me.
Sincerely,
Ellen

I am on a quest which may be futile and pointless; but I’m going to try anyhow.

October 12, 2010 spoke with a "supervisor" Dorian....after finally being able to get out of a contract because of no coverage. I followed all directions from Dorian. On November 2, 2010 I cancelled my account and was told by "Wes" that my account is no longer active, early termination fee of $170.00 was waived, and my account had a zero balance. On November 15, 2010, I received a past due notice from Sprint/Nextel for $95.26. After making several calls, and finally tonight, speaking with Supevisor Josh, I was told that this balance was a past due balance prior to the cancellation. My question to him, why did they tell me I had a zero balance? I requested to speak with Dorian and he told me there was NO WAY to get back in contact with her, that the notes did not give him enough information to transfer to her. He asked me if she gave me an ID number, which she didn't but then when I asked Josh if it was in her notes, all of a sudden there wasn't enough info. So, I asked him to transfer me to his boss, and he said his boss does not take calls. I then asked Supervisor Josh who I would speak with to complain about a supervisor giving consumers incorrect information. He said he would request for his boss to call me and that I should receive a call within 24 - 48 hours. I asked what the bosses name and/or id number was and he said he couldn't give out that information. So why did he givec me his? Why did the others giv me theirs? I asked Supervisor Josh if I contacted the BBB, maybe something would get solved??? He said, "that is my American right". Sprint Nextel is absolutely HORRIBLE, and I would never, never send any business to them. I am hoping that those who read this, will think of another service. DO NOT go with them. AT&T is AWESOME, as well as VERION. I will continue to fight this, and I will not pay my final bill. They have already turned me over to the collection agency, but I am standing my ground...I WILL NOT PAY this rediculous bill. I am sure that if I was still a cutomer, they would be more willing to write off this bill, but since I have changed providers...they are not even giving me names! THEY SUCK and I am very, very diasppointed with their lies!!

My husband and I were with Sprint for 14 years. 13 of those years were virtually problem free with a few small hiccups along the way, however, the past year has been horrid and we were forced to find a new provider.
No service - dropped calls- numberous PRL resets - hard resets- new phones- voice mail messgaes coming through two days later- texts coming through days later if at all.....
With having a child with chronic health conditions, an open line of cmmunication is a must. When I am stuck in the middle of a medical emergency and I call my husband 4 TIMES and not a single calls registers as a missed call on his phone, we have a problem!!
We have no quams about paying for the service that we agree to, but if Sprint can not provide the service it agrees to offer through the same contract that we as the users sign, then I feel we should not be penalized. The last monthly bill I am refusing to pay. Sprint, after 14 years, of our faitful commitment to them, should step up to the plate and take care of this remaining balance.
I have e-mailed Mr. Dan Hesse numerous times and have had no response. I thank you for the additional addresses listed here.Maybe, with any luck, I will reach the right person to put this to rest.
