US AIRWAYS AIRLINES CEO VERIFIED

Just when you thought air travel couldn't get any worse, maggots falling from an overhead bin on a US Airways flight out of Atlanta this week forced the plane to return to the gate. Doug Parker is the CEO of US Airways and should be contacted with any questions.

Sen. Charles Schumer announced Sunday that contacted officials at American Airlines, Delta Airlines, JetBlue, United Airlines and US Airways, and secured commitments from all five companies. The airlines have promised not to charge passengers for carry-on baggage.

US Airways, Inc., an operating unit of US Airways Group. US Airways is the fifth largest airline in the US. The airline company has a fleet of about 350 mainline jet aircraft and 320 regional jet and turbo-prop planes. They serve about 200 destinations in North America, Central America, South America, the Caribbean, Hawaii, Europe and the Middle East. US Airways headquarters are located in Tempe, Arizona. The airline employs more than 33,000 people across the globe and manage more than 3,000 daily flights. The airline was acquired by America West Airlines and its partners in 2005, but kept the US Airways name. US Airways operates hubs in Charlotte, Philadelphia and Phoenix. US Airways also maintains focus city operations at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Washington, DC. Doug Parker US Airways CEO was arrested for driving under the influence in 2007 and had two prior DUI convictions. Doug Parker's name is William Douglas Parker, but chooses to go by Doug.

We decided that since airlines are notorious for fucking up your travel plans, we would dedicate this page to all of the major airlines. Congratulations, contact an airline CEO is here. Southwest Airlines' CEO is Gary Kelly and their headquarters are in Dallas, Texas. Delta Airlines headquarters is in Atlanta, Georgia. Delta's CEO is Richard Anderson. American Airlines headquarters is in Fort Worth, Texas. American Airlines CEO is Gerard Arpey. Jet Blue headquarters is in Forrest Hills, New York. Jet Blue's CEO is David Barger. United Airlines CEO is Glenn Tilton and their headquarters are located in Chicago, Illinois.

Wanted to get the contact information posted first. More to come. Airlines suck. They ruin countless honeymoons, vacations, business meetings, and other travel plans. They refuse to compensate your for weather related issues, but the truth of the matter is that they will classify it as "weather related" even when it is not weather related. Speaking of which, on December 19, 2009, Delta cancelled approximately 500 flights in the Washington DC area, due to weather. The airlines have a history of bad customer relations. Southwest used to have a television show on A&E, I do not think the show was still running. The show tried bring the reality aspect to the passengers and Southwest Customer Service Staff. Southwest did a good job of giving the appearance on the show that they would do anything in real life to make their customers happy. I thought the show was always more of a Public Relations stunt designed to boost Southwest sales.

Continential Airlines made recent headlines when they denied Joan Rivers boarding to an airplane because of a document discrepency. Continential Airlines received a bunch of negative publicity over the incident. Continential Airlines CEO is Jeffrey Smisek and their headquarters are located in Texas.

What is your experience with these airlines? Post on our blog, even if it is a great experience, we'd love to know your thoughts. Nothing beats being a nobody.™

Airline prices have sky rocketed. So why should anyone have to pay high prices when flying American Airlines? If you Google discounts for
American Airlines, there are dozens of low fare sites that offer discounts for those of us who are on a budget. I found myself searching many different sites to fund the best price for flying American Airlines.

Driving can be less expensive, but if you want o have more time for your vacation then traveling by air on American Airlines might be a
better choice. The first site I visited was Expedia.com. You’ve seen the commercials and they claim that they are the best discount air fare site. A trip from Atlanta , Georgia to Tampa , Florida with American Airlines costs a whopping $286.00. I wanted to see if I could get
a better deal with another discount site. So I searched another site called lowfares.com. This sight was different in that it had me choose three different discount sites so that I could compare prices.

The first site was Priceline.com. They didn’t offer any discounts for American Airlines, so I jumped to the next site. This site was  Cheapoair.com. They did offer a flight leaving Atlanta with American Airlines. Their price was $284.00 round trip including taxes. Hmmmm-I saved all of two dollars! My search then led me to Kayak.com. Yikes! Who are they kidding? A round trip with American Airlines with these guys will cost me $365.00 with taxes. The search continues.

I discovered Bestfares.com. I was hoping for a better bargain with this discount site. An American Airlines round trip here was $286.00-the same as Expedia.com. I compared prices of other airlines compared to American Airlines. So which airline fared cheapest? US Airways won hands down, with Delta as a close runner-up. With a suffering economy the airlines have also been bit by the recession. With my summer trip to Florida around the corner I need to decide if I should fly American Airlines, or pack up my Ford Explorer and take the scenic route. May I should keep searching the Internet for a sweet deal.

My next discovery was Flight.com. This search only offered two airlines, and that didn’t include American Airlines. Orbitz.com offered a
one stop flight to Tampa for $286.00. That offer was a no brainer for me. On with the search! If I were a military wife I would get great discounts. But since that isn’t the case, I continued my head wrenching challenge. My adventure led me to hotwire.com. I searched for flights with American Airlines leaving Atlanta. This is where frustration kicks in. They were offering the same price of $286.00. Maybe this was my exit cue. Maybe after an hour of searching for great prices to fly American Airlines-it was time to admit that perhaps driving
wouldn’t be a bad idea. While I admit that I’ll miss the convenience, I too suffer in these difficult economic times. So in a few weeks I’ll load up the Explorer and drive towards the sunset of sunny Florida!
